You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns with an original receipt will be refunded as Storer Credit only.
Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the original purchase price in the form of a gift voucher.
There are no returns on sale items.
Any Free Plus Shipping Items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.
No return will be offered if you change your mind for all online purchases, unless you bring it back into our retail store.
All online returns must be requested for via email before the item can be sent back, and within 7 calendar days. A Return Processing Number will be issued to all approved returns, please include your R.P.N, and proof of purchase along with the item in its original state.
We offer a 7 calendar day return policy for in store.
We only offer exchange or store credit for change of mind in store. For any faulty items, we offer a full refund, exchange or store credit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
For online purchases, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately.
