At Osborne & Co. we take the stress out of designing and styling your spaces. We work closely with you and can assist in deciding your colour palette which best reflects your personality and suits your lifestyle. Help in choosing soft furnishings and coverings, custom design and restore furniture, commission artist for artwork or pull pieces from our wide selection of homewares and art suppliers. We also help with determining the best layout for furniture placement, and create a custom shopping list tailored just for you.
We also know that peoples personalities, tastes and budgets can vary and each home can differ from the next. We work on a flat hourly rate of $60 per hour. No job is to big or too small.
2 bedroom homes can take approx. 12-18hrs*
3 bedroom homes can take approx. 12-20hrs*
4 bedroom homes can take approx. 15-20hrs*
*hours are all dependent on the scale and complexity of individual homes. For a more accurate quote we will come out to meet you onsite for a complementary consultation and walk through.
As a valued client to us, you will be privy to a VIP trade price on all pieces purchased through Osborne & Co. suppliers. Any products outside the realm of Osborne & Co. can be purchased through us with a 15% buyers fee on top of the purchase price to coordinate.
We will supply you with the following to help steer you in the right direction.
• Complementary “walk through” consultation to get to know you and your style
• Design Concepts per room
• Mood Boards, a general one for your home and per room
• Furniture placement
• Shopping list
Upon engaging our services, we require the following: Payment of your Interior Decorating quote. Written confirmation via email of your chosen commencement date. All ADD ON’s require written email request and will be charged accordingly. Full payment is required before any work commences.

100% up front payment required to engage services, can be purchased online. Service is quoted per client. Price is exclusive of all selected products & decor from the shopping list. Purchasing of all products is the financial responsibility of the client, and full payment to be made upon ordering all items. “Walk through” is a half an hour complementary, no obligation consultation. Osborne & Co. has ownership of all design concepts, mood boards and products until full payment is made. We have the right to post and use photos of our work on our social channels and website for advertising
